1. Buah Tembikai (Watermelon). - sebab dia anda mengandungi antioxidant sama macam u amek Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Dan ia juga mengandungi lycopene bole lower the risk of getting cancer, heart desease or age related berkenaan mata.. :) Bagus kan? ;p


2. Buah Avacado - Boleh taruk dalam salad, sandwich and etc. Quarter of a medium-sized avocado contains 65 calories, so you don't want to overdo it. :)


3. Sweet Potato - Contain Vitamin A and fiber.

4. Salmon - Great source of Omega 3 which can reduce risk of heart disease. Untuk mom to-be pon bagus makan ikan (not all fish ye..) untuk perkembangan otak baby dalam perut.. :) Anak bole jadi pandai InsyaAllah.. he he he

5. Raspberry - Great source of Vitamin B, Vitamin C and Fiber

6. OnionS (Bawang) - Satu cawan chopped onion mengandungi 60 calories and use them in soups and casseroles is a great way to integrate the plant chemical quercetin into your diet. :)
